Paul is a seasoned senior executive with over 30 years of distinguished experience in the semiconductor industry. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles at major companies such as Intel Corporation, Maxim Integrated, GlobalFoundries, Cypress Semiconductor, Infineon, Micron Technologies, and SkyWater Technology. In these positions, Paul has successfully led large teams and spearheaded initiatives that have significantly improved operational efficiency, delivery performance, and cost reduction.
Paul began his career at Intel, where he made impactful contributions in process improvement, cycle time reduction, and capital systems development. His expertise spans across a range of critical areas, including supply chain planning, ERP and APS implementation, logistics, demand forecasting, cycle time optimization, delivery analytics, acquisition and integration, and capacity/capital management.
Widely recognized as an expert in both the semiconductor industry and supply chain management, Paul has shared his insights at numerous industry conferences, including SEMICON West, and has been quoted in leading publications such as The Wall Street Journal and Financial Times, where he provided expert commentary on pandemic-related supply chain challenges.
Among Paul's many accolades, a few highlight his exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities. He received the prestigious Intel Achievement Award for his work in developing Intel’s Capacity and Capital Management system, which greatly enhanced capital forecasting accuracy. At GlobalFoundries, Paul led a cross-functional team in preparation for the company’s IPO, resulting in a significant reduction in quarterly revenue forecast errors and earning the team the CEO Award. Additionally, he has repeatedly achieved best-in-class cycle times in semiconductor fabrication, underscoring his commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
